33 loyalty programmes · 132 hotel brands · 9 booking sites

The programmes you already use, recognised automatically. The Stayed app is independent and isn’t affiliated with any of them.

Contents

One app. Three parts.

Three parts, one record underneath. Your bookings land in a single list, the wallet keeps score of your loyalty programmes, and your past stays build a passport.

The ledger

Booked anywhere. Filed the same.

Your inbox already holds every booking you have ever made. It just cannot count them. In the app they all end up the same: one stay, with its dates, rate and cancellation terms, in one dated list. It knows 132 hotel brands and nine booking sites by name, and flags the ones that won’t earn you anything.

What every record holds.

  • Check-in
  • Check-out
  • Nights
  • Room
  • Rate
  • Cancellation terms
  • Booking channel
  • Programme earning
  • Your notes
  • And much more

Stored on your phone, synced through your own iCloud, and still there in ten years, whatever phone you’re holding.

The loyalty wallet

Every warning your programme never sends.

Points expire on a schedule the programme rarely shows you: twelve months at IHG and Accor, twenty-four at Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. The wallet works the date out from your own stays and warns you 90 days and 30 days ahead, at 10:00 your time. Free nights and suite upgrades get their own 30-day notice.

Every card in one wallet.

Each programme is a keycard in its own tier livery, with the tier named on its face. Your first programme is free. Pro adds as many as you carry.

Your number, ready at the desk.

The membership number sits on the card, so check-in never starts with a hunt through old emails.

The Loyalty screen of the Stayed app: two programme keycards showing membership numbers, this year’s night counts, qualification bars and how many nights remain to keep each tier.

Nights this year, counted.

Every kept stay adds its nights to the right programme, with a qualification bar filling towards your tier.

The gap to status, in plain sight.

How many nights keep your tier, what’s already on the books from future stays, and the deadline the year renews on.

Where you stand on nights.

Status is counted in nights. The wallet shows yours plainly: the nights you’ve slept, the nights already booked, and how many more you need before the year resets.

Illustrative tiers and figures. The wallet tracks each programme’s own tier names, thresholds and renewal dates, from your stays alone.

Thirty-three programmes, recognised by name.

Forward a confirmation from a chain it knows and the programme comes with it: tier names, night counts, renewal rules. Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, World of Hyatt, IHG One Rewards, Accor Live Limitless and twenty-eight more. It isn’t affiliated with any of them.

The passport

Your travelling life, on one page.

Your stays add up to a passport: everywhere you’ve stayed on one globe, with stamps and totals for every year.

Everywhere you have stayed, and what it adds up to.

Every stay is pinned to the globe. Drag the sheet up and it becomes your passport proper: the big counts, and the months of your life spent away.

  • Nights, stays, cities and countries, totalled
  • How much of your life you’ve spent away, counted honestly
  • Every country stamped on a dot-matrix world
The Passport sheet dragged up: an all-time passport card totalling 225 nights and 78 places, seven months of a life away, with 85 stays, 44 cities and 31 countries, above a dot-matrix world map of stamped countries.

10countries stamped

185 of the world’s 195 still to go.

Example record
Ten cities, ten countries, each pinned on the map. The passport counts them, and how much of the world you haven’t got to yet.

A year of nights, stamped and kept.

First stay, longest stay, priciest night, pressed into a stamp page. Beneath it, the ledger of the year.

  • The year’s stays and nights, totalled
  • Every stay listed with its place, month and nights
  • Even the cancelled ones, so the year stays honest
The stamp page: first stay, most distant, longest stay and priciest night stamped on a passport page, above the year's ledger of stays.
How it works

A confirmation goes in. A record comes out.

You don’t file anything. Share a confirmation from Mail, or with Stayed Pro forward it to your own address or connect your calendar. The app drafts the stay; you approve it.

01
Send it in

Share a booking confirmation straight from your Mail app, free. With Stayed Pro, forward it to your own Stayed app address or connect your calendar and it files itself. It doesn’t matter who sent it: a hotel, a booking site, an airline.

02
It gets read

The dates, room, rate and cancellation terms are pulled out and lined up for you. You see a draft first. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.

03
It stays

The night joins your permanent record, counts towards your loyalty programmes, and is still there years from now, whatever phone you’re on.

Read for you.

The dates, room, rate and cancellation terms, pulled out and lined up.

You decide

A draft, confirmed by you.

A confirmation that matches a stay you already have updates it instead of adding a second. Anything unreadable is left for you to add by hand. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

Found in your email, confirmed by you, kept for life. The app’s “Found in your email” screen lists the stays it has read from booking confirmations, and nothing joins your record until you confirm it.

What it does

Everything worth keeping about a stay.

Private by design

There’s no account, so there’s nothing to sign in to and no profile to build. Your stays live on your phone and sync through your own private iCloud, which we can’t read. The app carries no ads and no third-party trackers; this website counts visits, nothing more. Read the privacy policy.

Reads your confirmation

Forward a booking and the dates, room, rate and cancellation terms are read out and lined up for you. You confirm before a single thing is kept.

Counts your nights and status

Every stay adds up where it should. Nights and elite-qualifying nights per loyalty programme, your tier, and your keycards, kept current. A running tally to check against the programme, not a replacement for it.

Knows the area

Every stay comes with a quick read on the neighbourhood: getting around, where to eat, what’s worth seeing nearby. Use it to get your bearings, then check what matters.

Kept for life

A record that outlasts any single app, phone or loyalty programme. Years from now, the nights you stayed are still yours.

Before you start

Where the Stayed app stops.

An earnings figure is a range, not a number. The programme decides what actually posts, and for a booking made through an agent the app gives you no figure at all.

The export is JSON and CSV, and it is a subset. Your dates, properties, nights and programmes come out. Addresses, coordinates, contact details and the original document stay in the app.

When your phone can’t read a confirmation on its own, a cloud model reads it instead. That happens automatically, and the app tells you when it does.
